DBP - DESFA Blockchain Prototype & AURORA

DBP - DESFA Blockchain Prototype is a bespoke Ethereum-based blockchain and smart-contract platform developed by Bluechain for DESFA’s bilateral LNG transaction workflows. Built on Bluechain’s own AURORA-AMM technology, it enables authorized DESFA users to create, sign, co-sign, submit, and validate LNG transactions in a controlled digital environment. The system acts as a digital analogue of the physical bilateral transaction process, while strengthening security, traceability, and operational oversight: bringing together wallet authentication, smart-contract processing, user registries, transaction validation, and auditable records into a purpose-built prototype for DESFA’s regulated LNG operations.

National European Project Portfolio Management (€6.34M)

Bluechain Research Cooperative manages a funded project portfolio valued at €6.34 million, delivered through national and European funding instruments including Greece’s National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) and Interreg NEXT-MED. This portfolio reflects our capacity to coordinate complex innovation projects, manage institutional partnerships across Europe and the Mediterranean Region, and deliver technical, research, and operational outcomes at scale.

Crypto-Asset Service Provider Technology Auditing for the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission

Bluechain's directors work with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as technology auditors for Crypto-Asset Service Provider applicants (CASP). Through this role, we contribute technical expertise in blockchain infrastructure, security, custody, and system architecture to support regulatory assessment (as per MiCA & DORA Regulations) in the modern crypto-asset sector.

The House Of Ether

The House of Ether is Bluechain’s community education initiative for young developers, tech workers, and university students interested in Ethereum. Through workshops, open learning sessions, and hands-on technical guidance, the project helps new builders understand the Ethereum ecosystem and take their first steps in decentralized application development. Directly supported by the Ethereum Foundation, Switzerland.
